IT and Computing, University 1st and 2nd Year (Level 4 and 5)

The Undergraduate Level 4/5 Extended Diploma in IT and Computing provides the core knowledge, understanding and skills to support learners planning to further their studies in IT and Computing. It is equivalent to the first and second year of a degree programme in computing and learners may progress into employment in the sector or into the final year of a bachelor’s degree.

This qualification is delivered and assessed fully online. We offer open enrolment 365 days of the year, which means you can enrol on a course at any time, any day of the year.

This course is made up of 20 modules, 10 for each level, which consist of up to 40 hours of guided learning along with additional optional learning materials such as; recommended exercises, recommended readings and internet resources as well as self-testing exercises.

Upon completion, students will be awarded with 240 credits which can be used to apply for a top-up at many major UK universities.

The fee for enrolling onto the Level 4 and Level 5 courses together is £1600. Alternatively students can enrol onto a single level (level 4 or 5) for £1200 each. We offer a range of payment plans and funding options and will work with you to find the right solution for your situation.
